Pricing & Payment
Callout and Completed Repair, Charge Built-in Appliance: £70 (Charged Once)
Callout and Completed Repair, Charge Free Standing Appliance: £60 (Charged Once)
When spare parts are required, these will be charged in addition to the call out and repair fee.
We will provide a quotation for any spare parts needed. Payment will only be taken after we have completed the repair. If a revisit is needed, we will request payment for the part prior to ordering. If we are unable to repair the appliance or if you choose not to have the appliance repaired, the call out payment will be due at the end of the visit.

We’ve made our domestic appliance repair service as easy as 1-2-3!
To make every repair job run smoothly from start to finish, it will always follow this simple process:
Step 1 Book online
We send you an email confirmation with the date of your appointment. If we require further details about the nature of the fault or repair, we may contact you to discuss further.
Or book over the phone
Alternatively, you can give us a ring and explain the problem over the phone. We’ll then book you in for a date that suits you. If we’re unavailable when you call, please leave a message and we’ll call you back as soon as possible.
In all cases you will receive a confirmation text and email showing that the appointment has been created. You will also be able to track your repair, amend appointments and provide more detailed fault information.
Step 2 Confirm your appointment
We schedule all of our jobs one day in advance, so you will receive a text message and an email the day before the visit to confirm the proposed appointment time.
If the time provided isn’t suitable, please call us to rearrange. We always do everything we can to work around our customers’ schedules.
Around 30 minutes before we visit your property, we’ll call to make sure you’re at home.
Step 3 We arrive at your property
One of our friendly engineers will arrive at your property and present a professional ID card. We will use all available protective equipment to keep your premises safe and clean while we work, including gloves and shoe covers.
The engineer will discuss the fault with you, carry out various electrical tests, and attempt to repair the product.
Once we have repaired the appliance, we will explain what we have done. If we need to come back to fit a part, we’ll arrange a date and time with you.
